remember tho tristan, u will have to do corner weights as u would have the car in the race. so, you sitting in it, fuel in it, tyre pressures correct.

i was surprised how many people do corner weights WITHOUT the driver in the car illepall

how do u think the formula 3 compared to the go kart? do you think the kart helped atall?

tristan do u think your LFS experience has helped in real life? i know it has helped me.

and your career is progressing very well, after a few sessions in a go kart u move up to formula 3! at this rate u will be in F1 by hmm.... next thursday!! paffett and hamilton are going to be dissapointed at loosing their seats at McLaren. but ron will be happy to let u race for them.

i think backmarkers have a responsibility to be aware of leaders behind them and let the leader pass as time efficeiently for both the backmarker and the leader as possible.

im lookin for some advice from any runners on trainin etc etc.
im gunna run the london marathon next april, i want half the money i raise to go to cancer research, and the other half to the ayrton senna foundation. if im fit enuf by the time the marathon comes i wanna run it in my race suit and helmet to raise a bit more cash, bit more of a challenge!

so anyway im training at the moment and im fairly fit, but i dont really know HOW long to run, i could run for ages but my legs hurt afterwards. is there any warnings my muscles give me when its time to stop??? any advice on hydration and stuff at this time of year?

u know what i see alot of in LFS, some hotlapper guys drive round and because they are on a fast lap they dont want to OVERTAKE the backmarker, they want the backmarker to come to a stop as to not ruin their lap. now that IS silly.

if u do the move correctly your nose wont be cut off, if it is, u have made a bad pass.
